Carolyn Long, Senior Manager Credit Reporting

Carolyn Long holds an MBA, a Graduate Diploma Applied Finance and Investment and has had in excess of 20 years experience in the banking and finance industry with Westpac, the Commonwealth Bank and Regional Banks and during the most recent 11 years in the funds management sector. Carolyn was most recently Head of a Reverse Mortgages fund and previously held senior management positions managing credit risk and credit compliance across portfolios of commercial property development and investment loans; and impaired loans as well as being extensively involved in rewriting credit risk management policies and procedures for mortgage funds operating in Australia and New Zealand.

The Company utilises Carolynıs skills and expertise in sourcing, settling and managing mortgages advanced by the Company as well as the preparation and presentation of credit, financial and compliance reporting requirements of the Company.
