Rates are effective as at 16 March 2010 and are fixed for the term of the investment. Balanced Securities Limited may vary the rates at any time without notice.

Investments may be made in multiples of $1,000 with the minimum amount generally being $10,000. There are no entry fees deducted from funds invested and no exit fees on funds withdrawn at the end of their full term.

Terms are for 6 months to 5 years and current interest rates on offer are detailed in the above table.

Investors have a choice of receiving monthly interest payments or payment of interest on maturity of investment.
