The disclosures made by Balanced Securities Limited are permitted in accordance with Regulatory Guide 198: Unlisted disclosing entities: continuous disclosure obligations, as published by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The regulatory guide provides that an unlisted disclosing entity (such as Balanced Securities Limited) which complies with the good practice guidance for website disclosure does not also need to lodge such notices with ASIC.
