The questionnaire must be completed, signed & returned to BSL.

Prior to BSL accepting a new investment we are required to determine that you fall within our Target Market.

Once we are satisfied that you fall within our Target Market, you will be able to make a new investment and BSL will issue you with a Secured Note.

In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financial Act 2006, prior to accepting a new application form, the Company is required to obtain verifiable identity documents for all new investors.
